3. Payments

Inform our team of any special instructions or problem areas before service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances.
